2、带领设计团队完成设计项目工作
Lead design team to complete the design work of the project
3、设计项目包括但不限于（VI设计、画册设计、导示系统、美陈，展场）
Design projects including but not limited to（ VI design, pictorial design, signage system, art show, exhibition)

Post responsibility requirements:
1、设计、广告类专业本科学历
Design, advertising bachelor's degree
2、熟练运用CDR、PS、AI。熟悉3D
Proficient master CDR, PS, AI. Familiar with 3D
3、性格开朗，团队感强
Character cheerful, good team of sense
4、有较深的设计理论基础
Own the deep theoretical foundation of design
5、表达能力强
Good expression ability
6、能独立完成设计提案

7、薪水结构：
Salary structure:
8、底薪+提成+福利+绩效。
